The gym had what I needed to keep up with my workouts, and the pool was the highlight. It was lovely to cool off there after a long day out. The security and pool staff were friendly and made us feel welcome every day. We stayed recently with family at **Mood Living 45** hotel apartment, looking for a comfortable base, and it felt like a home away from home. The apartment was clean, modern, and roomy enough to relax in, and it made everyday family routines easier. Everything was well maintained, so the stay felt stress-free. We’d look at booking here again next time we’re in Dubai.

The location worked really well for visiting Dubai, with easy access to City Walk, Downtown, metro stations DIFC and DWTC. The apartments look just like the pictures, and they’re clean, modern, spacious, and have a cool design. They’re set up nicely for an independent traveler rather than feeling like a traditional hotel room. Nader runs a very efficient, professional operation with a great team. Security, front desk, cleaning, pool, and public areas were all kept running smoothly. I had an excellent stay at Mood Living 45 and will definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Nader, the host. It’s around a 20-minute walk to the train station, which is pretty good. The room was spacious and very clean, and the facilities were lovely, with a beautiful rooftop view. Having a washing machine and detergent was brilliant, since I could wash all my clothes before leaving. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. I’d highly recommend this place.

The team has been incredibly supportive during this difficult period in Dubai. Nader deserves a special thank you for being kind, attentive, and always available. He checks in regularly to make sure everything is okay and that residents feel safe and comfortable. His care and professionalism have made a real difference, and I’m very grateful for his help and the excellent service. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and comfortable. The apartment is clean, well maintained, fully equipped, and a very comfortable place to stay. I really feel at home here.

The location made it easy to get around Dubai and reach different parts of the city. After living here for about 18 months as long-term residents, we found The Mood 45 comfortable and well managed, with modern rooms and great service. Nader & team were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were always willing to help, which made such a long stay easy and enjoyable. The stylish, modern rooms were comfortable, and the quality furniture made the space practical for everyday life as well as high quality. The layout and design made the apartment feel like a home, not just a hotel room.
