The pool team, Mr.Laxman and Sowan, were very alert and kept an eye on everyone, including the children. They even remembered us from our previous visit. Ms.Imti at the coffee shop also made a point of greeting us whenever we passed, and Ms.Tnin at the bar was welcoming and friendly. This was our second stay at Movenpick Burdubai, from 27.05.2026-30.05.2026 in Room #277. The staff were great as usual. Mr.Jasper helped with our bags at check-in, and Mr.Omar, Mr.Karim, Ms.Virni, and Ms.Sarah at reception were helpful and cooperative. They handled a technical issue in the room with extraordinary service recovery. It was a memorable visit. I’d recommend the hotel to tourists and residents, and look forward to coming back soon.

The dining service was a real highlight of our four-night stay. Thea, who served us at dinner on February 21, was exceptionally courteous and attentive, both to us and the other guests. We appreciate all her effort; she’s a real asset to the organization. We had a very pleasant time and highly recommend the hotel. We’d be happy to stay again on our next visit.

Sevara Sky had a beautiful atmosphere, with an elegant but comfortable feel. The food was fresh, flavorful, and excellent, and the service was quick and well organized. The welcoming staff took care with everything, from the presentation to the hospitality. A memorable meal, and highly recommended for the food, service, and setting. At Himonshu, the warm, inviting atmosphere made it easy to relax. The food was delicious, well prepared, and served on time. The friendly, knowledgeable staff paid attention to the details and made the whole meal smooth and pleasant. I’d definitely recommend it for the food and service.

Thanks to Abubaker, Jamal, and their supervisor madam phyo for making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The service was consistently quick, helpful, and friendly. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, and the hotel’s amenities were excellent. It had a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere, and the location made it easy to explore the area. I’d happily return and recommend this hotel for its comfort, quality, and warm hospitality.
