My family and I had a pleasant stay in a clean, well-maintained, comfortable hotel. The reception team welcomed us warmly and helped us throughout. I also want to thank the reservation team for the support during my booking. Mr. Shivam was especially kind, professional, and helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. I appreciate the excellent service from both teams.

My room was spotless every day, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and professional. Their work made my stay much more comfortable. The whole team was wonderful, always attentive and ready to go the extra mile. I enjoyed the small talk and the great local tips, and they made me feel at home. Ram rawal served top-notch dishes with excellent flavors and a lot of passion. The service came directly from the chef, who had a very pleasant personality. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub 😁

During our Eid holiday at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Village Triangle, we were pleasantly moved from a Premium Room to a suite for a very reasonable rate, thanks to the helpful receptionist. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Mr. Sayed and Mr. Basheed from the F&B team made the stay especially memorable. My family and I had a great time and highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality, hope to see you again!

The staff were great and always checked whether we needed anything. The pool lifeguards were dedicated, and Khine made check-in smooth while Prabin helped with check-out. At the restaurant, Zainab and Basheed never failed to greet us with smiles. They’re superstars! The location is quite far. I only found out later that there’s a free shuttle bus. Still, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you!
