NEW Direct Golf View Sport City 2BD

A decent place to live, with a good view if your apartment faces the golf course. The pool is nice, and the building is well managed for cleaning and pest control. Some floors can get noisy depending on who lives nearby. Meaiseim City Centre is a five-minute drive away. There aren’t any food places or supermarkets close by, and there’s no Metro station. Without a car, you’ll struggle.

The building is good and clean, and the pool is perfect. The gym could be better. I lived here for almost four years and used to give it five stars. Then I moved from the 6th to the 9th floor and found what are probably the loudest people in the building. If you’re thinking of moving to Golf View Residence, avoid the 9th and 10th floors.

The rent is much higher than in nearby buildings, and this is an average building. The living rooms are tiny. There’s a big pool, but the shared gym is very limited and half the equipment is out of order.

A nice apartment and a peaceful place to live overall. The pool is excellent for relaxing, though the gym is small.
