Majd, the Front Desk Supervisor, deserves a special thanks for his outstanding hospitality. He was welcoming and attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in through check-out. His professionalism really made a difference. I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bur Dubai. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with excellent facilities and a great location. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai and hope to stay here again.

Breakfast was fresh and varied, and my room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. I stayed for a week and found the location ideal, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The staff were warm and always ready to help. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly stay again. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable visit. Special thanks to milan.

We came back to Novotel Bur Dubai for a second stay, and Chef Ibrahim was one of the main reasons we chose it again. During our month there, he made us feel at home with his welcoming manner, attention, and ready help, always with a smile. We were very happy with breakfast and the hotel experience overall. Having the travel table onsite makes a real difference if you’re staying longer. The hotel is well located, with excellent restaurants and lots of vegetarian choices. The employees were especially friendly and accommodating. Thandar at the restaurant always greeted me with a smile and gave great recommendations. My room was kept neat and clean, and Arjun and Aftabs team added a lovely special touch. Thank you for a great long stay at your Hotel.
