We had the best time at this beautiful, luxurious, and really comfortable hotel. Moorthy was so kind and caring, and helped make the stay even more memorable. He got us a table for afternoon tea even though the restaurant was fully booked, and was always there to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you so much, guys. See you soon ❤️

I expected a lot after staying twice at Siro One Za’abeel, but One&Only One Za’abeel took the experience to another level. The architecture and interiors are stunning, and the whole place feels refined. Our room had premium finishes, was incredibly comfortable, and had a breathtaking view. The luxury came through in the personalized service, warm hospitality, dining, and facilities. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, and every moment felt carefully looked after. Compared with my previous stays at Siro One Za’abeel, this felt more refined, exclusive, and memorable. It made me feel special from beginning to end. Easily one of the finest luxury stays I've had in Dubai, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for elegance, comfort, and world-class hospitality.

His care made everything feel seamless. Veidhi, the Marketing Director, also deserves a sincere thank you for her kindness, professionalism, and work coordinating the experience. The reception team were warm every time I interacted with them, especially Karim. He was always friendly and helpful, and made me feel at home. Even a quick coffee and chat added something to the stay. The rooms were stunning, the service world-class, and the location is one of the best in Dubai. The room view was breathtaking and unforgettable, and the rooms are well equipped with beautiful finishes and a premium feel. The furnishings are luxurious, with a modern, stylish design. Staff were very professional and genuinely friendly, especially Licen and Hamza. It's also a good fit for families. The only drawback is that getting to the hotel can be a bit difficult, but it's a wonderful place and well worth the stay.
