The bed sheet was torn, the washroom door was stuck, and the room smelled really bad. There were bedbugs everywhere, and after they bit me I got sick. The AC was awful too: even though it was set to 16 degrees, it kept going up to 24. They never came to clean the room either. Cheap behavior. Don't ever come to this hotel.

I remember the rooms having balconies, and the bed was genuinely comfortable, not one of those hard ones. I can't recall for sure, but I hope the showers are roomy.

This is a good fit if you like staying among lots of people, right in the middle of a market area. Like many average or lower-end hotels in Deira and Naif, it gives you easy access to shopping, purchases, buses, and the metro. The downside is the busy traffic and limited parking.

The beds were awesome and I had the best sleep, with a nice room too. The TV wouldn't work because of some technical problem.

Around OYO 140 Al Hashemi Hotel in Dubai's Deira neighborhood, there are cultural spots like Dubai Museum and Dubai Opera, as well as popular places such as Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo and KidZania. You could also check for an event or game at Meydan Racecourse, or make time for Sharjah Aquarium, which is a major attraction.
