The staff were helpful, but the building could use more cleaning, even though it's not new. They make no real effort with it. The bedding and towels weren't fit even for a pauper.

The insects and dirty room made the stay really uncomfortable. I raised it with reception, but they did nothing about it. Even after I complained repeatedly, they wouldn't refund me or move me to a better room. That lack of care was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want somewhere clean and comfortable. My experience left me very disappointed with both the hygiene and service.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, and I loved staying here. It's easy to get to the metro and malls. Thanks, I'll definitely come back.

The hotel is easy to spot from outside Bunniyas, on the edge of the street, and you can see its sign while standing there. It lets you choose services to suit your purpose and what you want. The room was good for sleeping, quiet, and surprisingly comfortable. I didn't see any bugs or insects. The water rinse was slow and MUST TO FIX. I'll decide next time whether to come back and see the OYO and rent hub sign again. It seems like a good place for adults and children, with energy and a smile.
