6/10
The location is handy, right in the middle of Deira, with easy access to the metro, RTA bus, or taxi. Baniyas metro is about 900 meters away, and the hotel is about 1 km from Twin Towers Shopping Centre, Gold Market, and the wholesale market. It's not easy to find at first, though. The internet is a bit slow, and the rooms are small compared with hotels of the same star rating. They're also dim, and the lighting and paint need improvement. The bathroom was dirty, uneven, and noisy. It's a 2 star hotel. If you can get it for less than 40$ in peak season, go for it, but if it's more expensive, look for at least something with 2 stars. If you choose it because it's cheap, expect cheap things. They don't care much about bookings and check-in times.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the stay was enjoyable. The room was quaint and quiet. Having a restaurant on the 1st floor was a nice bonus.

A fairly average hotel in Deira. It has internet around the clock, and Gold Souk Metro Station is just a few meters away.

The receptionist was really warm and helpful. The place feels simple and cozy, though I think it could use a few upgrades.

The staff were nice and the cleaning was good. It's a pleasant place to stay, but very expensive.
