I stayed for two years, but there were few improvements. The gym they promised never appeared, and staff or laborers still share apartments. Recently, cockroaches have been running around the corridors for over a month. I wonder what the cleaners and maintenance team are doing. The area is peaceful and separated from other buildings, and the low density is a good thing. But that doesn't help if people are sharing the units.

I've been living here for over a year. The place is new, clean and quiet, with three six-storey buildings. There are one-bedroom apartments with semi-open kitchens, big balconies and a bathroom. The rooftop has a small swimming pool, and there's a two-level car park.

Every flat has a balcony, and it's a short building, which is nice if you don't like skyscrapers. The flats are a bit cramped, though, with little room for extra storage or space. The gym still isn't open.

The walls are so thin I can hear people turning on their taps, and there are cockroaches everywhere. The fire alarm goes off several times a day and night, every day. Neighbors play loud music, shout and scream at night, while men stare at other residents' balconies for entertainment. Management does nothing. The apartments are small, with huge balconies that are no use. This is not a family building: there are noisy bachelors, staff accommodation and suspicious strangers around. The facilities are awful too. The rooftop pool is pool-like at best and has a noisy motor, and the promised gym never opened. Don't be fooled by the building's exterior. If you want sleepless nights, no privacy and poor hygiene, welcome to hell.
