Paramount

The breakfast was amazing, 10/10, and all the waiters and staff were helpful and worked so hard. We also enjoyed the Malibu pool and gym, and managed to work out after eating so much at breakfast. Our room was really spacious, and we loved the sofa by the glass window overlooking Downtown. It was the best view we got there. We hadn’t asked for that room, so thanks to the receptionist who offered it when we checked in. I’d call this a 5* hotel and hope they get lots more guests and good business. King Harold gave us such a warm, friendly goodbye at check-out, and the valet attendants were great too. We stayed five days and I’ve got sepanx now, lol. God bless you all.

There’s plenty to do at Paramount, so you won’t get bored. Our spacious room had everything we needed and a unique design, and the bathroom really stood out. The food at the restaurant was yummy and definitely worth a visit. Thanks to Harold for making the stay memorable, and to Lara, the Filipina staff member, for making it even happier and more fantastic. Communication and service from all the staff were great. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back!

Ahmed from the Concierge team was courteous, knowledgeable, and always keen to help with every request. His professionalism, attentiveness, and extra effort made my stay memorable. The Hollywood-style theme at Paramount Hotel made the stay feel special, and the staff helped turn a tiring birthday into a really comfortable celebration. I got to Room 3508 after a long day at work, around 10:30 PM, and Mostapha made check-in warm and easy. He also offered a late check-out, which gave me time to enjoy the next morning without rushing. Kim was part of the lovely welcome, Vijay helped me get to my room, and Ashish kept my coffee coming at breakfast, even offering another cup after I ate. I appreciated how cared for I felt. I’ll definitely be back.
