The location was handy, near the metro, markets, and malls, and our room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping were kind and accommodating, so we had a pleasant stay. Reception could use more training, especially for phone calls and customer service. The way guests are spoken to and the general hospitality could improve. I think management could invest in those skills to raise the service quality.

As a woman traveling alone, I expected basic respect, privacy, and safety, but I didn’t feel I got that here. An interaction with reception about having a guest felt judgmental and uncomfortable, even though I thought I was following the hotel’s procedures. I also saw insects in my room more than once, which made me question the hygiene. This is my own experience, shared so others, especially women, can make an informed choice. Ask clear questions about the policies and read recent reviews carefully. The receptionist on duty at 2:30pm 23may2026, a filipina woman wearing glasses, was very rude and didn’t know how to treat guests kindly. We had no issue with paying for the guest, but if we made a mistake, she could have spoken to us nicely. We came to enjoy ourselves and I was really disappointed by her attitude. It was kachara. I don’t know why the hotel hires someone like this. A receptionist with such a poor attitude affects the service, and should be terminated. Customers are always right.

We had a good stay and I’d recommend it to anyone planning a Dubai visit. Breakfast had lots of variety and was very good, and the service was good too. Our two rooms were spacious and clean, with big beds and good mattresses. The five-day booking went smoothly from airport pick-up through drop-off.
