Piks Key - Lakeside Tower C

LOAMS and DAMAC have made this the worst building and management I’ve ever seen. The building has 23 floors but only two working lifts. One has been out for more than a month, and the wait for a lift is at least 20 minutes. There are frequent DEWA outages. In April 2026 alone, we were without DEWA for seven days. Management is very unprofessional, and common areas like the children’s park, gym, and lifts aren’t properly maintained. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this building if you’re looking for an apartment.

Parking access gates often fail or break completely, and customer service just redirects you to submit tickets without much follow-up or results. Elevators are often crowded, with only one or two working and long waits. One lift was shut down for more than 10 days, and nobody seems to care enough to fix it. I’ve had the worst living experience in the UAE. We’ve been without power for over 16 hours, with no clear explanation or solution so far. This is happening in one of DAMAC’s properties. The maintenance and management response have been very disappointing.

Rents are affordable, and you get reserved covered parking. It’s a convenient choice for people working in JLT, and it’s family accommodation, though it could be cleaner. The place is good to live in. If you’re considering a studio, have a look first, since they’re relatively smaller than usual.

I’ve been here almost a year and can’t wait to move out. The management is bad, the air quality is poor, and there are plenty of other issues. For the same price, you could find somewhere much better and cleaner. The worst part is the COCKROACHES. They’re everywhere.
