I moved out of Al Jawhara Tower in Tiger Building, JVT, because my privacy and safety were not respected. I lived in an apartment there, and a Malbari security guard, whose name I can't remember, would share residents' information for money. My boyfriend used to pay him, and he gave my personal details to him. I don't understand why people pay security staff to do this. Some guards at Al Jawhara Tower can apparently be bribed with 100-300 dirhams to disclose residents' private information. Security is meant to protect residents, keep people safe, prevent illegal activity, and never share personal information unless the police instruct them to. What's the point of paying rent if your privacy isn't safe? I ask the management team to educate and strictly instruct the security staff that sharing a resident's personal information for any amount of money is completely wrong. They're already paid to do their jobs, and they should do them honestly and responsibly.

I live in IMPZ, and a huge screen was recently put on top of this building right in the middle of my view. It looks awful and keeps distracting me wherever I look. It's very annoying.

I've had an issue with replacing the hot water tank, but no action has been taken. All I get is drama and the need to keep following up. Maintenance requests at AL Jawhara Tiger property are handled very poorly, and the admin staff, supervisor, or whoever is in charge just aren't reliable.

Dear meray, thank you for being kind and professional. You guided us through how the process works at aljwahara and helped us a lot. What seemed easy at first became even easier with your help.

It's a shame the building is nice, because living here was a constant headache. After two years of trying to manage, I was relieved to move out. Maintenance and management are horrible, and the agents don't care about you, only the money. Be careful of the agent Sufi*n. They'll lie to higher management, saying they answered your calls and took care of things. The AC leaked several times, and they expected you to pay for anything under AED500, so you'd end up paying for repairs repeatedly. Customer service was awful too. Their female phone support lied, spoke rudely, and never called back when she said she would. Don't move here.
