Queen's Hotel

The bathrooms are extremely small, and the rooms look nothing like the pictures on the booking sites. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The customer service and reception were really bad. Insects and cockroaches were everywhere. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The fourth floor is new and clean, and the price seems fair. Reception and room service staff were helpful and polite, but the noise made this stay miserable. Cleaning staff banged on doors and called out loudly, and the vacuum started at dawn, even when people might be trying to sleep. Repairs sounded like hammers right above our heads. I stayed nearly two weeks this time, after only one day on my first visit, and I don't plan to come back. Comfort matters more than appearances, and the disturbance just wasn't worth it.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the Wi-Fi was stable, and the location is handy, in the middle of the commercial area near plenty of shops and not far from the metro. But I couldn't swim because the pool wasn't clean, and the AC was so loud it gave me a headache and made it impossible to sleep. I booked four nights, hoping to stay ten, but checked out early. Although the room looked clean, something in it triggered an allergy, and when I reported it, they said nobody had complained before. At night, turning on the light revealed cockroaches everywhere. Breakfast was advertised as a large open buffet, but there were only a few choices. If cockroaches don't bother you, it might work on a tight budget for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.
