Radisson Blu Deira Creek

I've been returning to the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek for more than 25 years, which says a lot. Its location is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It remains one of the best hotels in Dubai. The whole team always goes out of its way to make each visit relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. It's a pleasure to come back, and I look forward to many more stays. Constantin Joseph Saad

During my early morning departure, LUCIEN and HUSSANEIN checked on my schedule and thoughtfully arranged a breakfast package for the journey. Their professionalism, emotional intelligence, and genuine care made a lasting impression. My sincere thanks to both for their outstanding hospitality. Man and Sahar at Boulvar also deserve recognition for how they handled the chaotic Eid breakfast rush. There were overwhelming numbers of guests, from Radisson Blu Hotel and neighboring areas, yet they treated customers with respect and kept things calm and efficient. Their warmth and composure under pressure stood out as much as their hard work. They served people with dignity even when others might have grown frustrated or exhausted. Staff like Man and Sahar are why guests remember a place long after leaving.

The food was lovely, and the place was clean. Daniel at the pool was friendly and helpful, and the pool attendant was pleasant too. I really enjoyed staying here. It's well located for the metro and airport, and I'll definitely stay again when I return.

Hotel Manager Lahcen showed exceptional leadership and professionalism. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests came through in the smooth operations and quality of service. Thanks to him and his dedicated team, we had a comfortable, seamless, and truly enjoyable stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek. I highly recommend it for hospitality in Dubai and would gladly return.
