We were meant to fly home last Saturday night, but Dubai airport and the airspace closed, so we’re stuck here. We’re grateful to be safe in such a beautiful hotel. At Raffles, the service has been sincere and excellent. Sai at the Azur restaurant was warm, quick, and fun to talk with, and served us like royalty. Ramesh in housekeeping has also been delightful, keeping our room tidy and refreshed.

Purity from Guest Relations made check-in excellent and even walked me to my room, which I appreciated. The room was great, and the strong Wi-Fi suited my business trip perfectly. I also enjoyed a lovely in-room meal, the cozy pool area, and the friendly staff. Veni from the spa deserves a special mention. Everyone was so welcoming, and I had an amazing stay at Raffles Dubai.

The breakfast setup was a thoughtful touch: cold items are laid out at the buffet to choose freely, while hot dishes are freshly made to order from the menu. It seemed to improve freshness and quality while cutting food waste. The facilities, including the pool and spa, added to a relaxing stay, and the service was attentive and welcoming. Pya at the front desk was especially supportive, professional, and kind. Raffles Dubai has spacious rooms with a distinctive mix of luxury and warmth, and its direct connection to Wafi Mall makes shopping and dining easy without transport. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are a short drive away. This was easily one of my best hotel stays, and I’d recommend it for the location, service, and more conscious dining approach.

Ahmed M elkit gave me some of the best service I’ve had in ages, and Ahmed maher keeps the team running smoothly while making sure guests are happy. The food was delicious from the appetizers through the main course. Five stars for Raffles, and Baraka Allahu Fikum to everyone for the warm hospitality.
