Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira

With a group of 120 pax, getting room keys before the usual check-in time made a big difference. Kareena and Afreen coordinated everything and gave us outstanding support, so the process stayed smooth and hassle-free. We recently stayed at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira, and the overall experience was excellent. The front office team did a great job.

The pool was so tiny that even 5-10 people couldn’t fit comfortably, and breakfast was badly managed. Food wasn’t replenished while guests waited, and the staff didn’t seem to care. Room service was poor too. Nobody felt welcoming or even smiled. For a place calling itself a 4-star hotel, this staycation was deeply disappointing. Not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

At Tej Restaurant, the food was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented, with a good balance of spices and aroma. The calm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax over a meal. The team kept checking in and got everything to the table on time and at the right temperature, without hovering. Miss. Sushmita.T was especially warm and professional, making the service feel personal. I recently stayed at Ramada and ate here, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. I’d happily recommend Tej Restaurant to friends and family and would visit again.

I was comfortable during my stay, and both the room and service were good. The staff were helpful. The parking area, though, was a letdown because it was very unclean. I hope management improves its cleanliness.
