RAJESH and the staff made the stay feel welcoming, and I’m grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. They even upgraded my room to an exclusive suit on their own and helped me book an Uber. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with BurJuman Metro Station only a few steps away. It’s on Sheikh Zayed Road, in a safe, prestigious area, right opposite BurJuman Mall, so shopping, food, and transport were all convenient. The calm atmosphere helped me relax, and I’d happily recommend the place.

The noise from the club/bar carried on until early morning, so sleeping was difficult. Anyone who can’t rest with loud noise should avoid this hotel. The towels had marks on them, and the room was dirty, with cockroaches and insects in both the bathroom and the room. Housekeeping only seemed to tidy a little and didn’t even empty the bin every day. We were also disappointed by the food. The same tasteless meal came out every morning, with no variety or apparent effort. There was no electric kettle in the room either. My husband was sick, so we went to the dining area for hot water, but a kitchen staff member was rude and tried to shoo us away. When we booked, nothing said the swimming pool would be unavailable. We only learned on arrival that it was under maintenance, which felt like being cheated after spending so much. The whole stay ruined our vacation. It was overpriced, unhygienic, noisy, and the service was terrible. We regret choosing it, and won’t return or recommend it.

The only real advantage was how close it is to Burjuman Mall and the Metro station. I wouldn’t come back. The pool was closed when I planned to use it. Breakfast changed each day, which was good, and there were live Dhosai and egg stations. The choices leaned heavily toward Indian food, though, with just regular bread and pancakes as other options. Salad was available, but there were no dressings like caesar or thousand island. The buffet setup also raised hygiene concerns: staff sat by the entrance instead of watching the food area, while one woman washed her hands at the water dispenser and a man picked fruit straight out of the bowl despite utensils being provided. I hope they improve this. Check-in was quick and went well, but the rooms were old and shabby, with lots of broken or rusty things in the living area and bathroom. Housekeeping was okay, but I repeatedly had to ask for a bath mat and face towel. Calling housekeeping directly never worked, so I had to call reception to pass on the message. One staff member said they weren’t replacing them because they didn’t have enough stock. After a week, they finally replaced the mats and towels without being prompted, which was a good improvement.

The loud music from the hotel bar went on until the early hours, and we could hardly sleep or rest. Food was another problem, with very limited choices and almost everything Indian. I booked for three adult men and had requested separate beds in advance, but on arrival there was only one large bed. They then charged me extra for another bed, despite the reservation being for three guests. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, especially to families or anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable stay.

Our Dubai trip with a friend was supposed to end with a return flight on 1 March 26. Then a drone attack by Iran on Dubai happened on the night of 28th Feb, our flight was cancelled, and flights kept being cancelled day after day. We panicked and ended up stuck for 12-13 days. Thankfully, the hotel was great in every way. Breakfast was really yummy each day, and the receptionists were humble and helpful, including a guy from Pathankot, Taruna, and the others. Nisha, the travel agent, helped us get a special flight to India. Huge thanks to Nisha mam and everyone there. I won’t forget you all ❤️
