Residence Inn by Marriott Al Jaddaf

That skyline view was so good, I could picture living there for the rest of my life. Jasper at reception also made check-in really easy. The suite was spotless, and the hotel amenities were all good quality. The gym is small but clean, with the essential machines, and the skyline pool and jacuzzi were the perfect extra. I had a lovely stay and hope to come back 🤍

The wait for the elevators is long. Water pressure and warm water are barely adequate.

The real standout here was the service. Mario at concierge and Nimlini in the restaurant were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. I also watched the night staff and manager Mr Ahmed handle a drunk, difficult person with grace and professionalism. My room was comfortable, clean, and newly furnished. The breakfast lounge looked stylish, had a great view, and offered a good spread. I recommend the hotel and will be back 😊

We stayed for two months, flew home, then came back to this hotel. The playroom was the main reason we chose it, our toddler loved running around and playing there. Staff were always polite and did so much to make us comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh omelettes every morning. They were also incredibly honest. A couple of days after we moved rooms, we realized my husband had left his laptop behind, and the hotel had it. Later, after we moved out, he left my passport too. We only noticed a week or two later, but they had the little purse with all the important documents inside. I’m SO SO GRATEFUL to them. I love this hotel and highly recommend it!
