Riviera Hotel Dubai

The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are excellent and very accommodating. In the UAE, counter staff can often be egoistic, refuse early check-in, and hassle you about checkout times. The Riviera Hotel staff were so good.

We had a great stay at the Riviera Hotel, and it’s accessible too. Omar from Concierge was always smiling and very helpful. Anas also helped make check-in and checkout go smoothly. Thank you, both. I highly recommend the hotel.

The room was spotless, the bed soft and cozy, and we had a lovely view. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and everything was beautifully maintained. The smart lift system was convenient, and the location was perfect. At checkout, I was touched to receive souvenirs. I’ve never had such a thoughtful gesture at a Dubai hotel before. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their smiles, attentiveness, and willingness to help. Lexi at reception was especially kind and professional, and went above and beyond for us. Riviera Hotel, Dubai exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again on my next visit to Dubai.

The food at Riviera Hotel was a real highlight. Chef Ahmed prepared dishes that were full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. He even came over to check that everything was right and made us feel comfortable, like family. The whole stay was memorable. We were greeted with warm smiles, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive and professional, and the combination of good food, kind people, and a pleasant setting exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Riviera Hotel Dubai for the food, warm service, and enjoyable stay. Thanks again to Chef Ahmed for making our visit special. We’ll definitely be back.
