We got a very good offer for 2 nights at royal continental. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s staff were friendly and positive from the start. Two gentlemen at reception greeted us with warm smiles when we arrived, and Rama, whose name was on her tag, was especially sweet, kind, and polite. It was some of the best service. The stay is one of our most unforgettable experiences, and we’ll see you again next time.

Arcely at reception and the manager took good care of us. Arcely was friendly and smiling throughout our stay, and welcomed us with such a good aura. All the staff were friendly, too. The lifeguard was attentive and kept their eyes on the people in the pool. We had an awesome experience, and it’s a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The restaurant service was very good, thanks to Lian and Yadav from the F&B team, who took good care of us. The front office team, especially Ibrar, helped smoothly and made us feel welcome. The property still looks brand new and is very well maintained. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping did excellent work. All areas of the hotel were superb.

Breakfast had a nice selection and was really good. John from the restaurant was attentive and provided excellent service and hospitality, which made our meals even better. From arrival onward, the staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was pleasant, and everything went smoothly. I was very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Rama, the room cleaner, did a great job. The room stayed neat, clean, and organized throughout my stay, with fresh towels and toiletries provided every day and everything arranged carefully. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and easy to get around. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d stay here again and recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
