I went to reception today at 2:20pm and the woman there was so rude. She doesn't know how to speak to people and started shouting. Maybe she's crazy or what, you know better. I need a reply.

I love everything else about this building, which makes the ongoing problems and the technician team's poor work a deal breaker for me. After 7-8 months, one bathroom still smells really bad. The building technicians have come to my home 10+ times and still can't fix it. Every few weeks, something else goes wrong, like leaks from the ceiling or walls. I understand it's a new building, but the quality is very poor and doesn't match the location. It's really sad.

The apartment is beautiful, the layout is thoughtfully done, and the balcony is very spacious. Soundproofing is genuinely good compared with other buildings. The modern style and location are strong points, and at first glance the build quality seems good. Still, I wouldn't recommend living here. The smell from the AC comes several times a day, morning and night. It's disgusting, like strong burnt garlic, and makes you want to vomit. After looking into it, it seems tied to central AC maintenance. Stagnant water collecting in an AC may cause it. I can't believe the smell is still there after a year. What are you doing? Maintenance staff are very nice, but not competent enough. They arrive in groups of ten and still can't fix a simple problem. They need better training, and this is unacceptable for RP Height. It discredits the whole place. Cooking steak or fish is a problem too. The detector is right above the cooking plate, so it sets off the alarm and security comes to tell you to stop. Management also needs better training. They react unprofessionally and treat a problem as unimportant if it doesn't matter personally to them, which only lowers quality. Security doesn't seem concerned with enforcing rules either. Some uneducated people do whatever they want, and without anyone speaking up it becomes a nameless mess.
