Mr Ramy deserves special thanks for his kind hospitality and support. I had an upsetting encounter with another guest who made me uncomfortable, and he reassured me, helped me feel safe, looked into it right away, and kept me updated. Really good service, thank you. I first booked two weeks and ended up extending. The hotel in al jaddaf is right next to the metro, around 15 mins to downtown, and Dubai festival city mall and wafi city mall are about 5 to 10 mins away. My clean room had comfortable pillows, which matters a lot with my neck issue. Each day it was cleaned or at least replenished, with the bed made and towels put out. Room service and food were reasonably priced, and the food tasted great, though breakfast could use more variety. The S19 team were lovely and price matched me with a good direct booking rate after I had first booked on booking.xom. I'd recommend the hotel to everyone.

Our sales meeting and dinner at S19 Hotel, Al Jadaf yesterday went really well. The arrangements, ambience, and service made the gathering smooth and memorable. The food was delicious, nicely presented, and enjoyed by everyone. The team were attentive, cooperative, and professional throughout. Special thanks to Mr. Bahadur and everyone with him, especially Vishal. Highly recommend it for corporate meetings, events, and dining. Looking forward to coming back.

Showering leaves water all over the bathroom floor because it spills into the shared area, which feels unsafe. The room AC gets too cold even at its lowest setting, while the gym AC doesn't cool at all. We asked for help, but nothing changed. 25°C is too hot for runners.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were very courteous. Al Jadaff metro station is right next door, with quite a few eateries and shops nearby. We booked two rooms for six nights, for two families totaling 4 adults and 3 kids. Breakfast was included, served from 6 AM, and had a good spread. I'd definitely recommend the hotel. We booked through Agoda and had a few issues, but those were cleared up after a call with customer care. Check the adult and child counts on your booking, and if they don't match, contact the Agoda team immediately to correct them.

It's quiet and comfortable here, with very friendly staff and excellent service. The receptionist was especially helpful, and the restaurant food is delicious. I highly recommend the place.
