The location is good, but the room’s cleanliness and maintenance were below standard, and getting help from staff took a long time. The service didn’t meet expectations, though some improvements could make the place better. Chaska Night club was one of the worst club experiences I’ve had. It was overcrowded, the music was too loud and low quality, and the drinks cost too much. The managers were rude, although the waiters were friendly. I didn’t feel safe there, and I won’t be back.

At about 10:30 AM, reception called to ask me to check out at noon, even though I’d already confirmed with the night shift that I could stay until 1:00 PM. When I tried to explain, the staff member wouldn’t let me speak and abruptly ended the call while I was still talking. The way this was handled felt rude and unprofessional, and the whole experience was disappointing.

My stay at the Saffron Boutique Hotel in Deira, Al Murar, Dubai, booked through Trip.com, was marred by several problems. I paid 80 dirhams for valet parking and then received a 150 dirham parking violation fine that wasn’t my fault. I reported it to Trip.com, but they took no action. I strongly advise against booking this hotel or using Trip.com's services.

The nightclub noise blasted until 4:00 AM every night, making it feel like trying to sleep inside a speaker. I complained to the front desk several times, but staff did nothing. It seemed they cared only about nightclub money, not guests. This was a sleepless nightmare, with disgraceful management, terrible service, and no respect for guests. The place should be ashamed to call itself a hotel. If you value your sanity, stay away. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
