At Savoy Crest, every staff member went the extra mile. Madan, the manager, was professional and very polite, while Joy at reception and the rest of the team were always happy to help with a smile. Rohit from housekeeping kept my room spotless every day, and room service requests were dealt with right away. The service felt warm and genuine. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

I’ve decided to extend my stay at Savoy Crest Hotel Apartments until I find a permanent place in Dubai. The team even helped with printouts and currency-related needs, which made settling in much easier. Before arriving, I spoke online with Madan about the booking, and his advice was reassuring and genuinely useful. The reception team welcomed me professionally, and Rohit from housekeeping was friendly, attentive and did a great job. I also appreciated the restaurant staff. I didn’t get the manager’s name, but Prajwal stood out for his service and positive attitude. It’s been a great experience, and I’d recommend the place to anyone looking for comfort, good service and a supportive team.

We liked our neighborhood more than Dubai Marina, which felt too flashy and expensive. There are plenty of good supermarkets around, and although many Indians and Pakistanis live in the area, that didn’t bother us at all. Everyone was kind and ready to help. The metro was close by, the hotel was great, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast tasted good, though toward the end of the trip we wanted more variety and missed food from home. The pool was clean and nice, but unheated, so swimming was chilly. The steam room and sauna were a nice way to warm up. For our first visit, the trip was really impressive and we’d consider coming back to this hotel. The front desk staff were amazing. We taught them Russian and always ended up laughing together 😅 Special thanks to Feliston at reception, who helped us with everything.

We enjoyed our stay, and Rahman was great with all our requests. The rooms are spacious, and the roof pool has lovely views of downtown. The subway is about a ten-minute walk away, and there are shuttle rides too, though only on weekdays. Breakfast was the main weakness. It didn’t vary much, gluten-free choices were limited, and the sausages weren’t appetizing. Even so, I can recommend this nice hotel.
