Semiramis Hotel

For a Dubai business trip or holiday, this is a very convenient place to stay. It’s close to the airport and the Deira business center, with countless restaurants nearby and plenty of variety. The rooms and washrooms are very clean. What really makes the hotel work, though, is the staff. From the manager to the receptionists, security team, and cleaners, everyone is friendly and top notch. I’d choose this hotel as my second home any day, any time.

Our stay from 19th to 25th February was fantastic, and this was already our second time at Al Sarab hotel. We love coming back and would happily stay here again and again. The housekeeping was clean and dependable, and everyone helped make us comfortable. Special thanks to Ajmal, Nicole, Shyuan, and the F&B team, Ahmed, Princess, Abbas, and Esa. The strongest part of my stay at Al Sarab Hotel was the staff. The valet parking team, reception, bell boy, housekeeping, and cleaners were all polite, professional, and clearly doing their best. Valet parking was available throughout, and the internet was fast and reliable. The location also worked very well. Rigga Metro Station is within walking distance, and there are plenty of food choices nearby. The stay itself was comfortable, and the housekeeping service was good. There’s also a spa and massage center on the rooftop, which could be useful for some guests. The main problems were the room carpet, which was quite dirty and covered with visible marks, and the noise at night. The hotel has 3-4 bars and discos, so noise control needs attention. It’s a decent stay with an excellent location and outstanding staff, but the room cleanliness and nighttime noise should be improved.

After 20 days at Hotel Al Sarab, I’ve had an excellent experience. The staff are polite, helpful, and professional, and Esa especially deserves recognition. As one of the cleaners, he pays close attention to detail and keeps the rooms extremely clean. He’s dedicated to his work, behaves politely, and always welcomes guests with a smile.
