The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, with loads of variety and delicious, high-quality food. My room was beautiful, spotless and finished to an amazing standard. The staff were helpful from beginning to end and made me feel welcome the whole time. Khodarahm on the door deserves a special thank you. He was kind, lovely and always greeted us warmly. The reception team were wonderful too, and went out of their way to make sure I had the best stay. I couldn’t fault the experience and would definitely come back to Shangri-La. Thanks to the whole team for making it so memorable.

My kids had fun at the pool, and there’s also a Vietnamese restaurant inside the hotel. The room was clean, and they upgraded us, thanks to rachiel. Service was good, and they provide bathroom essentials, which matters. The in-room dining menu is a bit pricey, but it’s a good place for families. The view of Burj Khalifa is great, especially at night.

Our wedding anniversary turned into a beautiful, unforgettable memory, and we enjoyed every moment of a stay that went beyond what we expected. Every detail felt perfect. Ms. Kunga Palmo was a big part of what made it so memorable. Her professionalism, kindness and attention to detail stood out, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. She represented the hotel’s service wonderfully. We’ll definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

The beds were so comfortable that I slept like a baby, even though I’m super picky and usually struggle to fall asleep. The rooms were very clean and had excellent Burj Khalifa views. I’d pay a little extra for a Horizon Room again, the included breakfast buffet was out of this world. The service details are top of the line and they make you feel at home. Ask about the Bronze add-on package for room decorations on arrival. It isn’t expensive to add.
