Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers

Breakfast had Croissants, Danish Pastries, and White Sliced Bread with jam and butter. I think it was from Basket Bakery. We also loved how friendly and ready to help the staff were, from check-in through check-out. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a lovely view over Dubai Creek and everything we needed to relax. The hotel's warm, elegant atmosphere and the combination of comfort, service, and location made for a wonderful stay at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers.

The view across the creek was stunning and made our stay at Sheraton Dubai Creek feel special. Thanks to the Vivaldi team, especially Munar and Pushparaj, for their warm hospitality and memorable service. Himanshu Gairola, F&B Manager, also gave us thoughtful personal attention and was very professional. We'd love to visit again.

Jessica, the Duty Manager, made a real difference during my stay at Sheraton Dubai. She was attentive, proactive, professional, and warm from the minute I arrived. My Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite recognition was handled smoothly, and every request got careful attention. She made it clear that the guest experience mattered, and she represents the Sheraton brand and Marriott so well. We stayed for four nights from Dec 16th and had a spectacular view of the creek and city from our lovely room. Everyone took good care of us, from the front door and bell staff to the front desk, lounge, and housekeeping teams. Nandan kept our room clean and fully stocked, always greeting us with a big smile and offering help. Pallab, the housekeeping team lead, also checked in to make sure everything was in order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
