The staff were polite, the location was decent, and the price was relatively affordable. But my birthday stay was still one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've had, and it was far from the relaxing occasion I had hoped for. Noise from the ground floor, hallways, and rooms upstairs made it very hard to rest or sleep. It seemed like the walls and floors had no soundproofing, and management didn't seem to prioritize guests' comfort or peace. The maintenance felt neglected too, and the rooms were worn out and poorly managed. I had to move rooms multiple times. The first two hadn't been cleaned properly and felt poorly maintained, and by the time I finally settled into a third room I was exhausted and disappointed. No guest should have to deal with that, especially on a birthday. Cleanliness, comfort, and quiet should be basic standards for a hotel, but this property fell short in all three. I hope management takes the concerns seriously and improves the maintenance and guest experience.

The room felt like an old bedspace in Dubai, with outdated furniture and mattresses that were unusable. There was no WiFi. A technician came, but after another hour there was still no fix. Towels, dental kits, and other basic amenities weren't provided, and the dirty bathroom looked worse than a public toilet. Honestly, public toilets are better. Check-in took over an hour. The reception area had no proper AC, and the staff didn't seem concerned that we were waiting so long. The reception lady was unhelpful and showed no urgency. This was the worst hotel stay I've had. I can't recommend it unless major improvements are made.

The room had cockroaches and wasn't clean. Its unhygienic bathroom had poor lighting, and basic amenities and accessories were missing. The app photos were completely misleading and didn't reflect the actual state of the rooms. The facilities fell far below what I expected, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

My children couldn't sleep all night. Loud music played past 3 am, and the room doors had no security locks. I wouldn't recommend a single thing here. If you don't want your holiday spoiled, don't visit. I'm surprised the government lets a business operate in such unhygienic conditions with cockroaches. This was my first visit to Dubai, and the hotel was the worst experience of my life. In one night I saw more cockroaches than I've ever seen in my own country, on the bed, floor, bathroom, everywhere. The bedsheets and towels were dirty and clearly used by previous guests, not fresh linen. We needed to store medicine in the fridge and had specifically asked for one in the room. It was there, but not cold at all and wasn't working properly. The room phone line was broken too. When we asked, they said they had to call someone to fix it. It seemed to me they say that to everyone on purpose, since guests would otherwise keep calling about the room's bad condition. We had to take the lift and go to them several times.
