Silkhaus 21st Century, DIFC Dubai

For the past two months I've picked this hotel every time I come to Dubai, which is almost every two weeks. I've stayed at plenty of other hotels, but Roaa's service is the main reason I keep choosing this one. She's friendly and professional, and you can tell she cares about guests. During one visit she kindly upgraded my room, a thoughtful gesture I really appreciated. Thanks to management for having her on the team. Staff like Roaa bring people back. Highly recommended.

The rooms, views, and suite were excellent, and the kids had a great time. We also enjoyed the food and drinks, especially the coffee. Check-in went smoothly, and Lilian was welcoming, supportive, and attentive to what we needed, particularly as we were traveling as several families. A memorable stay from start to finish.

My only suggestion would be to keep the pool open until 7 PM instead of 6 PM, especially around sunset. Otherwise, a wonderful stay at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa. Mr. Nour Kamal at reception and Mr. Changing from the restaurant both gave outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Roaa at reception was a huge help. She sorted out our booking dates quickly and arranged a room change right away, without any hassle. The hotel is ideally located near the airport, coffee shops, and downtown. Breakfast was delicious, and service throughout was quick, professional, and excellent. Recommended.
