We stayed with our family at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre in September 2025, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally spacious, elegant, and practical, with a level of comfort that made us feel at home. Traveling as a family can feel cramped, but that wasn’t an issue here. Breakfast became one of the best parts of our stay. The whole team was warm, attentive, and welcoming each morning, making for a lovely start to the day. Housekeeping also paid thoughtful attention to details, especially for my daughter. She was delighted by the special amenities they had prepared in the room, and those personal touches meant a lot. This is a truly luxurious five-star hotel, and we’d be very happy to return. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Dubai.

Aynur, the Duty Manager, made a big impression on me. She’s incredibly kind and polite, with a delightful personality, and knows how to have a pleasant conversation while making sure guests are happy. She personally showed me around the hotel facilities and, when taking me to my room, stayed until she’d checked every detail. She even checked the AC settings herself to make sure I’d be comfortable. She handled all my requests patiently and smoothly, and arranged an upgrade to a room with a spectacular view that went well beyond what I expected. The location of Waldorf Astoria DIFC is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The hotel feels sophisticated and luxurious, with spacious rooms, high-end finishes, and a large, beautifully designed bathroom. The cozy bathrobes and lovely selection of herbal teas were nice touches too. Charles from the Butler team and the Valet staff were also professional and polite. I’m having an exceptional stay. The hospitality is top-notch, and thanks to people like Aynur, this is my top choice in Dubai. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and spacious, with an impressive city view. Service was professional, attentive, and proactive while still giving us space. Everything was outstanding throughout our stay.
