I can stay here comfortably, and this is already my third time in this room. The staff service is excellent, and two staff members help with check-in. I can also contact the staff on WhatsApp, and they respond right away if something goes wrong. The room is stylish, spacious, clean, and quiet. The cleaning has the thoroughness of Japanese-style cleanliness, and all the staff are trained in it. From the veranda, you can see Downtown at night, and Dubai Mall is within walking distance. Small supermarkets and pharmacies nearby are handy too. For a longer stay, it has four gas burners, a large microwave, oven, and refrigerator, as well as a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hair dryer. There’s a bathtub where I can relax. I’d like to stay here again when I come to Dubai.

The view was the main letdown. I’d hoped to see Burj Khalifa, but my one-bedroom apartment in Downtown Views Tower B looked out over empty plots. The apartment itself was clean and functional, and the stay was comfortable, though it didn’t fully meet my expectations. As an Emaar property, the building has plenty of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and shared areas for relaxing or socializing. Its prime city-center location and facilities make it a good option for a comfortable stay, even if the view fell short of what I associate with Downtown Dubai.

I booked through Booking.com well ahead of my stay, but close to the dates the property cancelled the reservation and asked for extra payment to go ahead with the accommodation. That was unexpected and concerning. Please be careful when booking this apartment.

The property is amazing and in the right location, but my interaction with the receptionist was completely rude. Around 11 am on 8 oct 2024, I needed to go to my friend’s apartment with some shopping bags, and that’s how I was treated. It’d be great if the right person handled guests. Thanks everyone 👍
