SIMPLY COMFORT Upside Living Business Bay Stunning Panoramic Burj Cityline Views

The unit I lived in had many broken appliances and other items, so I chose not to use them. When I moved out, though, I was charged around AED 10,000 to replace those things. That was a major reason I left after a year, and I can't recommend this building for renting or buying at the price asked. As an architect and building developer, I noticed plenty of construction and design problems. There are leaks in Parking Level 2 and elsewhere, some damaged areas remain unrepaired, and access and movement around the property aren't well controlled. The central internet is very slow. Parking is a mess too: spaces aren't clearly assigned, some residents keep multiple cars despite each unit officially having one space, and others can struggle to find a spot. Management feels weak and focused on unnecessary restrictions. When residents need help, the team isn't responsive or supportive, and dealing with them can feel like being in a large prison. In almost every respect, the quality is poor. My rating is 1 out of 5.

The staff, rooms, service, and amenities were amazing. I loved the place, and meeting people from all over the world, all smiling, made it even nicer. I've never stayed anywhere like it in Türkiye. It was my first time in Dubai and at Upside Living. I hadn't enjoyed my previous stay, so I found this place through Google and chose it based on the reviews and ratings, without knowing much else. I'd give it 10/10.

The pool is great, with a beautiful view, and there's a gym and other activities too. I also made a lot of use of the meeting rooms and work area. Jarnail has been really kind and helpful, and made my stays easier. I've been at upside living since February this year, almost every month. The apartments have been clean each time, and reception sorts things out quickly and answers questions or doubts. One night I had a gas problem, and someone came within two minutes and fixed it. I'd recommend staying here without hesitation.

We stayed for three months and would come back any time. The facilities are really nice and well looked after, and the staff are great and super friendly. I can only recommend this place.
