We had confirmation for a particular room, but on arrival they put us in a different one that was much smaller and didn't explain properly. Getting extra amenities was also a struggle, as requests were ignored until we chased them several times. After travelling a long way, we expected a friendly welcome. Apart from one pleasant gentleman, the reception staff seemed cold and didn't even smile. The attitude made us feel unwelcome, as though we were staying for free. One of our worst hotel stays in Deira, and we wouldn't recommend it.

The room smelled awful and had bedbugs. Worse, while I was inside with my wife, a staff member opened our door with a master key without permission, basically forcing it open. When I complained, they had nothing to say. Management, please protect guests' privacy when they've paid for a room, and take action regarding the receptionist who opened our door. The worst hotel I've seen. I'll warn other guests to choose carefully.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The online photos look lovely, but the rooms stink, there are bedbugs, and the bathrooms and reception are awful. I couldn't feel comfortable for even a minute. I called to ask the price and was quoted one amount, then told on arrival that it would change the next day. I even saw people sleeping in the hallways. A terrible stay, not worth the money for even an hour.

Fast Movers and Packers made my move go smoothly. They handled my furniture carefully and were polite, and the price was reasonable. Great service in Deira Dubai.
