The service at Filia was wonderful, and Catherine’s attentiveness and friendly manner added to the meal. The food was delicious too. Room service was prompt and especially caring and courteous, thanks to Devi and Matuma. Kantush from Concierge also followed through efficiently and proactively, handling each request clearly, quickly, and professionally. The room was beautifully presented, and a quick refresh I requested was taken care of promptly. Hana from Guest Relations was thoughtful, responsive, and committed to making things comfortable throughout my stay at SLS Dubai, Business Bay. Tristan at reception gave me a warm, professional welcome right when I arrived and immediately put me at ease. That consistency across the teams is rare and says a lot about SLS Dubai’s service culture. The people made an outstanding stay truly memorable. I’d absolutely return and recommend this hotel for refined hospitality with a personal touch.

The balcony view of the Burj Khalifa is stunning, and having one in both the bedroom and living room is a big plus. I’m staying here now and really enjoying the vibe. It’s a classy, beautiful place in a great spot, very close to Dubai Mall and everything you need. The room is actually bright, with flattering lighting that makes getting ready much easier. The bathroom is spacious and has good lighting too. Even the iron and board were high quality and worked perfectly, a nice sign they care about the little things. I loved the shampoo and conditioner as well. My color-treated hair is usually hard to style, but these felt salon-quality and left it feeling great. Service feels modern and convenient, since you can WhatsApp for room service. Big thanks to Mina at the front desk for the smooth check-in and birthday upgrade. He was professional and kind. Just a couple of small drawbacks: valet can get crowded and busy, and the food is a bit expensive for the taste. Still, highly recommended.
