The community is convenient, with shops, cafés, and salons close by. Sobha Creek Vistas Reserve is clean, green, and high quality, and the security and maintenance teams are professional and reliable. The receptionists are always so welcoming. It's lovely to get such a warm greeting when I come back from a long day at work. A great place to live!

I stayed at Impeccable Apartment 1310A by Stay and loved it. The place was very clean, with nice finishings and a pleasant community view. It's a smaller unit, but plenty big enough for a couple. Dubai Mall is 7 minutes away, Choithrams grocery store is nearby, and there are 2 schools across the road.

We're paying quite a lot for a 2 bed and can't wait for the year to end so we can leave. We've all heard about Sobha quality, but my experience has been far from that. Construction noise goes on day and night. On top of that, the windows make cracking sounds every few seconds, usually around 2-3 hra every morning when the sun hits them. Apparently this is common in Dubai, but I didn't expect it in a Sobha “quality” construction. It's really annoying and keeps you from sleeping. The alarms are another problem. They used to go off every week, but for the last 3 days they've been daily. They're not ordinary alarms, they're so scary they feel like a heart attack. My husband is convinced one day he'll get home because of one. There are a few other less serious issues too, but overall, dear Sobha, there are lots of flows.

The location and green areas are the only nice parts, and at this high rent I could have found somewhere better. I've lived here for 9 months with nonstop construction, constantly closing entry routes, and no school parking, which causes traffic. Security limits my visitors to 30 minutes of parking, while parking spaces are disorganized and people park wherever they want. There's nowhere for taxis to wait, so they block the building entrance. Since I moved in, there's been a bad smell from the water drainage. I've asked maintenance to fix it at least 5 times, but they told me to pour hot water down the drains every day, even though I was already using soda and vinegar with hot water almost every week. There's always water leaking somewhere. Not worth a dirham!!!
