There's also a bad odor from the garbage container near my apartment, and management hasn't dealt with it. I've complained several times about the air conditioner leaking, but despite repeated contact and more than three technician visits, nothing has fixed the problem. Management's response has been very poor, and the service is below expectations.

It's newly built, with direct access from the future lagoon and a nice community. There are lots of retail shops around.

The community is nice, though the building quality is poor 💫
