As an owner at Cricket Tower, I’ve had no problems. The building is managed well and is easy to deal with. Security are friendly and helpful, and it’s straightforward to communicate with management.

The location is nice, but the building management has been disappointing. When I ask them to fix something in the flat that should be fixed by default, they treat it like I’m requesting an extra and make me feel I have to beg.

My studio is about the size of a one-bedroom and has an amazing view. It’s a quiet, good building in a really good spot, right by the Sport City exit. There’s a nice gym and pool, and security responds quickly when needed.

When someone else cooks in their kitchen, the smell comes straight into my apartment through the AC. I’ve lived here and will stay until the end of the year. The building and property management are awful. The apartments are cheap, but they come with issues like this. I don’t recommend it.
