Studio Apartment in Azizi Samia

For end users in Al Furjan, the size and price per square foot make this the best option.

The maintenance problems and structural issues are a major concern. Bathrooms and washbasins get blocked, and there’s incomplete work throughout. Don’t be fooled by the appealing exterior, which seems designed to hide flaws inside; they also provide kitchen appliances and furniture. Whether I call security or maintenance, the response is extremely unhelpful and rude. I don’t know who hired the security staff, but they’re all ill-mannered and untrained. I wouldn’t consider moving into Azizi buildings as an owner or on an annual tenancy contract.

Noise from repairs starts as early as 7-8 in the morning, both from new tenants renovating and from the building’s own team doing small repairs. They make a lot of loud noise, and I work late and need to sleep in the morning. They don’t seem to care that this is people’s home. I’ve also had water dripping from the ceiling onto the floor for almost a year. I privately hired maintainers, but they said it was the main pipe and they couldn’t touch it. I spoke to the building, yet nobody came to check, and no one seems interested. After almost a year here, I’ve found the finishing very poor. I’m moving out immediately. I can’t stay in a building like this.

It’s a clean residential complex with a gym and swimming pool. Most people buy their flats, though many are also rented out.
