Studio Apartments in Glamz Tower

There are lots of shops for daily needs in the building, and you can see the Metro from the balcony. It’s good value for money, with premium furnishings and plenty of amenities. Building maintenance has improved a lot, and the technicians are very supportive.

Glamz Residence Tower 2 in Dubai’s Al Furjan has contemporary apartments with modern amenities and high-quality finishes, including studios and one-bedroom units. Residents have a pool, fitness center, and dedicated parking. The tower is near major roads and close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. It combines comfort and practicality in a lively part of Dubai.

Being next to the Metro is the building’s only real advantage. The rest is very bad. There are cockroaches everywhere, and the AC has problems during the hot summer. My apartment smells horrible because the neighbours cook every day, and even aroma candles can’t cover it. The amenities are poor. I don’t recommend this building.

There’s a lot of construction around right now, so expect plenty of extra dust. The apartments are nicely furnished, with good amenities, and close to the Metro. If possible, avoid a first-floor apartment, since the pool and gym are on that floor and it gets very busy.
