The cleanliness was really poor, and the staff service was very bad. Be careful, you could end up with the bed linens left by the previous guest.

At 7.15am on 14/09/25, I got a reception that was awful enough to last a lifetime. If I could, I’d give zero stars. They asked me to pay extra, but didn’t give me a receipt.

The WiFi in the room didn’t work, and there were no towels or other supplies. The room phone was broken too. On top of all that, he insisted on keeping my passport overnight because their system apparently wasn’t working. Worst hotel in Dubai.

The cleaner came over after I’d been sitting quietly in the lobby for half an hour and tried to make me leave, saying guests weren’t allowed to wait there. I was waiting for a package my family had sent through a tourist from my country, who was staying at the hotel and had asked me to wait because he was late. I wasn’t there by choice. When I asked where the rule was written, he ignored me. Then the receptionist argued with me in front of other guests and said I couldn’t just sit there. Neither of them bothered to ask who I was or why I was waiting. I even tried to call the manager, but they gave me the wrong number. The cleaner watched and giggled when I couldn’t get through. It was unprofessional and disgusting. I’ve never come across such ignorance or people acting like monsters. This place doesn’t deserve one star and is the most disgusting place in Dubai. It’s spoiling Dubai’s reputation.
