The Address Dubai Mall Spacious 1 bedroom

The person renting the place is an individual rather than a company, and showed no sense of responsibility. When something went wrong, they ignored me instead of offering support. Getting the access card back at checkout seemed to be all they cared about. The listing calls this a 5-star stay, but my experience was nowhere close, and I found that claim misleading. There were no basic supplies such as tissues or towels, and no cleanliness whatsoever. There was also no valet parking, luggage assistance, or hospitality. It was frustrating and unprofessional, and I won’t book here again. I strongly urge Booking to remove the listing so other customers don’t fall into the same trap.
