The Community

I wouldn't recommend this place. The building may look like a five-star hotel, but the service was a zero for me, and the experience was frustrating. Cleaning was only done weekly, towels weren't replaced, and the small shampoo, soap, and body gel samples were supplied only on the first day. When I asked for more during my longer stay, I was told that wasn't allowed and they would only provide them once. There was poor sound insulation, so traffic from the big avenue beside my room made sleep impossible, day and night. Hot water also didn't work at night, so a decent shower before bed wasn't something I could count on. The phone didn't work for reaching reception, meaning I had to go downstairs each time. Reception didn't follow up on complaints, and the attitude was rude. This hotel is not rated, by the way. They really need to review their standards.

The gym and pool, along with the view, location, Wi-Fi, and service, were the best parts of my two-week apartment stay. The security guards were consistently friendly and answered all my questions. ROB was especially helpful and easy to talk to, always able to answer me. I haven't come across such a good person in a building in the last 9 months. Thanks for everything, my friend. Paul at reception deserves a mention. He was friendly, professional, and helpful every time, making check-in and the rest of the stay smooth and pleasant. The apartment hotel in JVT Dubai felt modern and comfortable, with a clean space and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like home. Its convenient, quiet location worked well for either a short or longer visit. Great service and value overall. I’d recommend The Community and stay again.

Paul was especially kind and welcoming, quick to respond to messages, and always willing to help. The staff at The Community JVT were lovely too. The rooms were clean and nice, and the gym and pool facilities were great. The location worked perfectly for me. Looking forward to staying again.
