This is the noisiest community I’ve experienced in Dubai, and the security management is some of the weakest I’ve seen. They don’t seem professional. If you have a request or an emergency, even when you ask calmly, they tell you to email or use the app. Water was leaking from my ceiling and dripping into the middle of my home, but when I went to the security desk they said they couldn’t do anything and directed me to the app or email. I really don’t recommend this community for living.

I’ve lived here for 2 years. The neighbors are very nice and it’s very cheap. Really good, this is the best.

It’s an upscale place to stay, and its prime location makes it a desirable spot. Energy Metro station is just 70m away, and Festival plaza is 100m away. There are churches, a Mosque, a Gurudwara, and a Temple within 1 km. Ibn Batuta Mall is 1.5 km away, and an Etihad rail station is coming nearby.
