We arrived in the afternoon on 25 May, and the room with window seating was spacious, very clean, and had excellent views of Sheikh Zayed Street and the city. The central location made it easy to get around and explore. Breakfast was very good, and service was excellent throughout. A front desk staff member upgraded our room. We unfortunately forgot his name, but he was incredibly helpful and kind, and we really appreciated it. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel, and would be happy to come back.

Gopal from housekeeping deserves a special mention. He cleaned our room thoroughly every day and always left everything neat and tidy. His friendly manner made a big difference. Thanks, Gopal! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were in good shape, and the location was super convenient. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly. We’d happily recommend the hotel and stay again.

Mohamed Reda was always there when we needed something, and he was incredibly helpful. We really appreciated his kindness and support, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and ready to help throughout, and the service was excellent. The food was very good too. The central location made it convenient to explore the area, with everything close by. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel, and would be glad to return.

A big thank you to Gopal from housekeeping. He noticed that the room’s light fuse had an issue, reported it promptly, and made sure it was fixed without causing me any inconvenience. His attention to detail, initiative, and genuine care really stood out. Thanks, Gopal, for your dedication and excellent service. I had a wonderful stay at Towers Rotana. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently professional and welcoming.
