I deliver food to this building every day. On Wednesday the 15th, at around 11:30 AM, I went to Burj View wesr Tower A. There was no security at reception, so the customer opened the door for me. A guard showed up when I got to the lift. I told him I was making a delivery, and he rudely said, “It’s not your country,” then laughed. I’m from Pakistan, and that comment was disrespectful. I didn’t call the police because this is the first time I’ve had this kind of treatment at this tower. I hope management takes action. Thanks.

After we’d booked an apartment well in advance, Frank Porter messaged us through Booking.com more than a month later to say the owner no longer wanted to rent it and the booking had to be cancelled. The two options they offered instead cost more than ten times what we’d originally booked. They weren’t helpful or accommodating, and we ended up without a proper place to stay or a fair solution. It was a terrible experience. I absolutely can’t recommend this company. Completely unprofessional and not customer-friendly.

M. Usama was very kind and supportive, and made sure everything was taken care of at check-in. I had a comfortable stay in the apartment, which is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

Ms.Kessy thomas and Mr. Shamz were kind, helpful, and cooperative in running the business. The apartment was spacious and clean, close to Dubai mall, with good restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. I had a nice experience with Burj View Tower west and would highly recommend staying there.
