My wife, our two young children, and I checked in on 25th May at Vida Creek Harbour and were looked after with real warmth and care. We enjoyed the upgrade and the whole stay. Ms. Jeshna and Mr. Huzeif were especially hospitable. The Amici staff were kind, the lifeguards attentive and responsive, and the valet on duty today was very helpful. We're very happy with the experience.

Mitchelle made our lunch at Vida Creek Harbour wonderful. She was attentive and professional, with such a warm, welcoming manner that we felt at home right away. From our arrival she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, and her attention to detail was flawless. It's rare to meet hotel staff so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction.

The relaxing atmosphere and impeccable service made our time at Vida Creek Dubai Lobby Lounge a lovely experience. We felt welcome throughout, and Kaffy, Merry, Nigesh, and the Chief were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was right. Their warm manner and professionalism really added to our visit. Highly recommended, and I hope to visit again soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vida Creek Harbour was a great place to unwind after a busy week, with a relaxing atmosphere and a good location. I only stayed briefly and had a couple of drinks, but the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Mitchelle was especially kind and caring, and Anouxa brought our drinks promptly with a positive attitude. Thanks for the hospitality. I'd like to visit again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Harshdeep Singh from housekeeping deserves a special thank you. He cleaned my room so well and kept everything neat, fresh, and comfortable. He was professional, polite, and friendly throughout. The hotel itself has a modern look, is well maintained, and has a peaceful, welcoming feel. I had a wonderful stay at Vida Creek Harbour, felt well looked after, and found the location ideal for a relaxing visit. I’d happily recommend it to anyone coming to Dubai.
