For the price, the comfort was a good deal. It’s a tidy, family-run place with a bit of a “Golden Palace” feel, and everything was clean and decent. There wasn’t any tea or slippers in the room, but they brought them when I asked.

I was so disappointed. I went in to ask about the room rate and other services for checking in my family, but the male receptionist was sitting on the lobby sofa and spoke to me as though I’d walked into his house. He seemed lazy, wasn’t respectful, and didn’t even greet me.

The location in Al Rigga is awesome, and this is a good budget hotel. I found everything perfect. Mr.Tariq, the manager, is friendly and deserves appreciation for his efforts. Mr.Tahir, the night auditor, is a nice guy, and Mr.Gurnam the bell boy was helpful and nice too.

The phone number on your website is my home residence number, and it’s incorrect. Please change it immediately. Getting calls all the time is really annoying, and I imagine it may be affecting your business as well.
