What a waste of money. The room smelled disgusting and plainly hadn’t been cleaned. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. A very bad experience, avoid it.

The manager behaved poorly and came across as unprofessional, which really affected my stay. Rather than helping with guest concerns and sorting things out, their attitude made the experience extremely uncomfortable.

They knew the room on the second floor was in poor condition. It was infested with insects, and only after I complained did they move me to a clean room on the fifth floor.

There were cockroaches in the room, and the bathroom water wasn’t draining properly. The hotel itself was fine for the price, but the two managers ruined the stay. One was on the morning shift, and the other, Mohammad, worked evenings. Both were rude and dismissive when I asked for help with basic problems. They acted as if speaking to me was a favor, and gave no real help when I needed it. Guests should feel welcome and supported, but I didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting decent customer service.

A comfortable, nice stay in a pleasant hotel apartment. Zia at reception was the best, so welcoming and polite. Bilal the housekeeper also made sure the stay went well.
